To be honest, i don't know surfing condition right now :i live nearby Paris, and i'm more into planning our SKIING holidays of february !
We have great waves in France on all the Atlantic coast: in summer smaller easy waves, and crowded, in winter big waves, few people... i generally take 2 weeks down a nice place called Cap ferret every month of June, it's a kind of "inbetween" choice...
I was lucky to live 3 years in Australia, and one in the french carabeans were i had my fair share of surfing, but now i envy guys like you, lucky to live by an ocean !
